Kristine
Hi all I've been playing with this for a while and watching videos and reading tutorials though I just can't figure it out! I need to create a half wall in an opening (similar to below). This pic is from a tutorial though it doesn't really explain how to achieve this (or I'm just not getting it). Any ideas? Can someone walk me through how this would be done. This is my plan. I need the half wall to come in behind the kitchen cabinets. These are the pics my client supplied. Any advice much appreciated. solver
Video shows something similar. Make the pass-through head height less than the doorway and grab it with the center move handle to drag it into the doorway, then adjust its head height to match. Kristine
Thank you. I did have a play around using a pass-through though was having trouble due to the casing. So, with this method I can't keep the casing around the opening?
solver
Place a doorway as wide as the opening. Draw a half wall off to the side. Set it to No Room Definition. Use the center tool to move it into the opening. You will need to add your own base trim.
