Nicole_A
Hello all, I'm having trouble resizing the width of a stair case in either U-shaped and L-shaped structure. After the stair width is changed for both ascending sections, the landing keeps disconnecting and placing itself on the floor. Resizing the landing doesn't seem to reconnect it. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
solver
Delete the existing and then place a new one. Select the landing tool, click where the landing goes to place it.

blackbeard
Eric, Did what you recommended above regarding U-Shaped stairs and still am unable to change the default stair width from 39" to 48" for both stairs. I set the stair case to clockwise and the initial gap to 113". Using the landing tool I set the landing to the below dimensions. I tried setting the stair widths in the dialog box and by manual adjustments. In both circumstances, the landing and the stairs part 2 end up on the hall floor. I have watch videos and searched Home Talk but so fair drew a blank. Georgian Style Stair Hall W: 191" D: 235" H: 120 1/2" Ascending Part 1 13 treads; Part 2 4 treads (set to best fit) Parts 1 & 2 Width = 39" Landing W: 191" (from exterior drywall to exterior drywall) D: 54" Many thanks in advance for any suggestions Blackbeard HDA Pro 2022 Build 23.4.1.8 x64 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
