I am designing a detached garage and I am unable to get the foundation correct on the front of the garage. I would like the foundation to be a slab with 36" stem walls however I do not want the stem walls to populate beneath the garage doors, only on the walls next to the garage doors. Could someone please help me figure out what I am doing wrong for this project? I am a homeowner attempting to design a detached garage for our home.
