I figured it out. This is what I was trying to acheive.

Actually I do not want the stem walls/foundation showing at the garage doors. I would like the garage doors to be flush with the slab or have cut outs for the garage doors.

Hello I am using home designer suite 2018 build 19.3.0.49OSX. I am designing a detached garage and I am unable to get the foundation correct on the front of the garage. I would like the foundation to be a slab with 36" stem walls however I do not want the stem walls to populate beneath the garage doors, only on the walls next to the garage doors. Could someone please help me figure out what I am doing wrong for this project? I am a homeowner attempting to design a detached garage for our home. I have included a copy of the files for review and advice. Updated garage plan 1.plan

Hello I am using home designer suite 2018 build 19.3.0.49OSX. I am designing a detached garage and would like to have a bonus room above the garage. I have followed the directions located here https://www.homedesignersoftware.com/support/article/KB-00904/creating-a-bonus-room-above-a-garage.html to do this but I am still having trouble getting 2nd floor wall to populate correctly. Everything appears correct and when it is viewed in 3d perspective a portion of the exterior wall on each side is absent. Could someone please help me figure out what I am doing wrong for this project? I am a homeowner attempting to design a detached garage for our home.
