hhunt32 Posted August 1, 2017 Share Posted August 1, 2017 Hello I am using home designer suite 2018 build 19.3.0.49OSX. I am designing a detached garage and would like to have a bonus room above the garage. I have followed the directions located here https://www.homedesignersoftware.com/support/article/KB-00904/creating-a-bonus-room-above-a-garage.html to do this but I am still having trouble getting 2nd floor wall to populate correctly. Everything appears correct and when it is viewed in 3d perspective a portion of the exterior wall on each side is absent. Could someone please help me figure out what I am doing wrong for this project? I am a homeowner attempting to design a detached garage for our home. solver Posted August 1, 2017 Share Posted August 1, 2017 That's a typical failing of the program. It does not know to fill in the wall there, and in Suite, I believe you will need to use one of the wedge shapes from the library sized and positioned to fill the hole.
