LarryR
I'm a new user of Pro 2017 and getting the pop up messages about a problem with my video driver and suggesting I switch to the 32 bit version of Home Designer Pro 2017. Must I first uninstall the 64 bit version (and perhaps have to deactivate the license first?) before I can install the 32 bit version (Win 8.1) or can the 64 bit and 32 bit versions co-exist on the same PC? Also, if having to uninstall, is there a way to preserve my preferences and other settings I've made so far, along with saving my drawings to speed the transition to 32 bit? Thanks

solver
Suggest contacting tech support to discuss.
katalyst777
Try updating the video driver first. Also, if you have switchable graphics, you might have to change something (outside of Home Designer) to force the video card to be used instead of the integrated chipset.Barring that, I agree with solver, contact Support.
