I'm a new user of Pro 2017 and getting the pop up messages about a problem with my video driver and suggesting I switch to the 32 bit version of Home Designer Pro 2017.
Must I first uninstall the 64 bit version (and perhaps have to deactivate the license first?) before I can install the 32 bit version (Win 8.1) or can the 64 bit and 32 bit versions co-exist on the same PC?
Also, if having to uninstall, is there a way to preserve my preferences and other settings I've made so far, along with saving my drawings to speed the transition to 32 bit?
