P15-D24
How do I create a framing elevation view?
DavidJPotter
I am sorry to say that Suite is not capable of such a view, all you have in Suite is a framing overview camera to view framing. Home Designer Pro offers true, framing elevations, Suite does not. DJP
Kbird1
in Suite , I think you can only move the Overview Camera square on to the wall and then Export a jpg , (or use the Windows Snipping Tool) to take a pic of the wall, not sure if you can turn off colour or toggles Patterns in Suite or not though? selectbuilder
How would you do it in Pro? thank you
Kbird1
Take an elevation view and in display options turn off anything you don't want to see , eg Walls,Normal , windows. doors, roof planes, Roof overhangs etc. ( it's not a 1 click operation like in CA) and turn on Main Layer only ? (the framing) and Wall Framing for sure. Do them all at once , or you will be forever turning layers on and off, then when done switch it all back on for normal elevations views M.
