Whereditgo
For this example created a New Plan (Default Style). Home Designer Pro 2025. Build Wall (Exterior), checked Layer Display Options "Framing, Wall" to show wall studs. Selected a single wall stud object and Copy "Ctrl+C" Then paste "Ctrl-V". Question Window Displayed: Selected "Yes" to turn off Automatic Wall Framing." Warning Window Displayed: Wall stud/framing objects can be edited/moved but unable to add/paste. In the 3D Perspective Framing View, I am able to modify/move framing. Again get same Warning when trying to copy/paste a new framing object (stud). Warning Message Appreciate any assistance/guidance to resolve. Thanks Similar thread/question asked here, but does not seem to resolve....
Rookie65
Maybe try adding a stud using the "post" item in the general framing tab? Set it at the stud size and height and see if that works. As a post, it should also show up in your framing view, as long as "posts" are turned on to display
Whereditgo
Appreciate the suggestion/workaround. Actually tried that earlier and was able to add the post to the wall. Just curious if the Copy/Paste is User Error (not knowing how its done), Home Designer Pro limitation (have seen this come up/limited CA feature) or slim chance a bug. Thank You
