y-g-m-n
I have some issues with your false advertising which I think you can easily fix. EXAMPLE FEATURED catalog for BLUMSAFE - what a great idea let me down load and check it out. Says compatible with HD PRO so I cam good to go. WRONG.. Does not work as for CA latest only. Can you either put in proper download file for HD products or correct where you says it works with HD.. Have others like that too. BonusMEPToggleSwitches yeah more switches - WRONG unless you have CA.
DerekPedersen
Hello and thank you for your feedback. The Blumsafe catalog was released after the release of our newest version (Chief Architect X17). When we release the Home Designer equivalent of X17 (Home Designer 2026), you will then see availability for Home Designer. Catalogs that are released are available for the current version and future versions. They are not backward compatible. I will pass your feedback on to our catalog team to see if we can fix the issue you have discovered. Kind regards, Derek Chief Architect Software
y-g-m-n
Thats fine and dandy just fix the text to say good for X17 only. When the new HD 2026 comes out then add that to text and let the world know - kinda like advertising... thanks for reading
barthmv
catalogs used to be available to several versions of the home designer series. For example a catalog for 2025 also had downloads for 2024 or 2023 etc. No longer is this happening. All the catalogs are now just available for the subscription versions and all the previous versions are cut out. I find this very wrong for all the customers who have supported your software and are now pretty much forgotten. Why can't catalogs still be available to previous versions as they had always been in the past.
BalutFX
Because, as you said, they seem to be purposefully ignoring 2025 and earlier customers in order to gather more rental customers. And if they happen to answer you with something about compatibility issues, I would argue that is BS.
