Jeff1957 Posted yesterday at 07:32 AM Share Posted yesterday at 07:32 AM Whenever anything in the program accesses the catalogues it causes a total shut down of the computer with a blue screen of death error, within about 2-3 seconds. we've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the problem persists. There was an error (about incomplete/unable to download some of the catalogue data that installs with the program) that popped up when we first installed the program (didn't happen the second time) but when the program installed the second time it already had all our recent files listed so I'm wondering if there's corrupted data from an improper catalogue download in files that aren't deleted on uninstall or something like that Is there any way to manually delete the previously downloaded catalogue data, so it can be removed from the program or reinstalled hopefully successfully this time? Is there anything else it could be or is there any other way how to figure out how to fix it?? Like trying to install the 2024 version instead maybe or something else entirely Home Designer Pro 2025 windows
