BobWil Posted September 1 Share Posted September 1 I'm having an issue with a gable roof overhang. Overhang is set to 18" but it doubles to 36" (see attachments). I've tried using both Gable/roof line and wall break to create the gable, but both create an 36" overhang. Any ideas on how to fix? Home Designer Architectural 25. solver Posted September 1 Share Posted September 1 Always good to attach your plan file. Close Architectural. 14MB size limit. Solution Garybills Posted September 2 Solution Share Posted September 2 Try this, open roof defaults and change default pitch to 4/12 and let it rebuild the roof, then open the walls that I circled and change the pitch for them back to 8/12.
