CAuserCTD
I am a new user of Home Designer Pro. I am creating a floor plan and somehow inadvertently grouped several rooms together. When I click on one room, the others are highlighted as well, including a front porch. I thought somehow i selected the marquee select tool, but I've done what is instructed to deselect, and that doesn't solve the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Garybills
Maybe you accidentally marked some walls as no room definition and it thinks there just one big room? Just a guess without seeing the plan.

Help someone help you by attaching your plan file after closing Home Designer. Zip if needed. And always say what version (year) you are using -- Pro 2024, for example.
jackduke201
You might have accidentally grouped the rooms using the "Edit Group" function in Home Designer Pro.Try selecting one of the grouped rooms by right clicking and choosing "Ungroup" to separate them.If that doesn’t work checking the "Groups" panel for any active selections or groupings could help resolve the issue.
