csindad Posted March 14 Share Posted March 14 (edited) I started a drawing in Home Designer pro 2021, but was unable to finish the more complicated details . I turned it over to a professional who opened it in chief, and reworked my drawings. she then sent the file back to me with it check marked to be able to open in HD. I have 2 versions and neither one will open her file. I have Home designer suite 2015 and Home designer pro 2021. I've attached her file. Not sure of the remedy.
