Jerrykco
I can't figure out what this is or how to get rid of it.
solver
It's probably an Attic wall. Have you tried to delete it?
Jerrykco
I tried to select it in the floor plan view but it always selects the lower wall. I looked at all the wall spec and attic wall is not checked. The framing pic is 180 degrees from the floor plan. The Great room is vaulted but not the master it has a flat ceiling. I deleted wall and redrew it and the above wall is gone now. Thanks for the tip
Keefers
@Jerrykco I ran into this same issue and deleting the wall caused my issue to move to the next room. So I double clicked on the room itself and noticed that the ceiling height had moved to 18'. I looked at the settings for a valid room and copied those settings for the absolute elevations and relative heights to the same settings. These settings are in the Room Specification dialog. I don't know, for certain, how those settings were changed. Possibly by the auto creation of ceilings or roofs. In my case I've extended the basement past the foundation walls. It appears that this application does a few to many automatic things and makes poor decisions along the way.
