Need Help - CMU foundation won't line up with sill plate on main level. Dimensions of 2x6 wall in main level should be same as CMU block foundation walls supporting

I have developed a floor plan with 2x6 wood walls and 6" brick exterior.  When I build the foundation the dimensions of the CMU blocks are not aligned with the exterior walls on the main level?  What am I doing wrong to not have the CMU blocks not match the framing of the main level?

I'm having this same problem. I have general wall settings set to resize around the exterior of the main wall, but when I click on the "align with wall above" tool, I get the foundation aligned with the outer edge of my exterior facade. 

 

And my exterior wall only has the studs as the main layer as shown.

It's driving me nuts....

I figured it out....Sometimes I feel like 30 years of drafting counts for nothing.

 

You have to make sure the foundation walls are exterior facing. It's that whole, clockwise vs counter-clockwise drafting thing. Once you ensure your foundation walls are all facing the right way, everything lines up just fine.

I see you are using an older version, but the program has worked like I've shown in the video for some time.
