Export / Import default settings from old computer to new one.

I recently replaced my computer and am getting back to my design, but a lot of the defaults I had tweaked are now back to the oob ones.  Is there a way to take them from my old computer to the new one?

 

I tried opening up and doing it manually, but I'd have to revoke the license on the new machine, re-use it on the old one, then screenshot everything, so I am hoping there's a better way.

You would think this would be easy but it probably requires manually copying files spread over multiple directories from the old computer to the new.
