DistinKt_Three Posted September 5, 2021 Share Posted September 5, 2021 Hello All - I recently started using Home Designer Professional (2022, just downloaded today) on my MacBook, but quickly notice the 3d renderings are extremely fuzzy and distorted. Has any one else experienced this issue? How was it resolved? Also including the specs for my machine and a screenshot of what I'm experiencing MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) Processor: 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
solver Posted September 5, 2021 Share Posted September 5, 2021 *** I see you said Pro *** Answers often depend on which title (Suite, Pro etc) and version (2018, 2019 etc) you are using. You can help everyone by adding that info to your signature (see below for how to turn them on) by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click Account Settings, then Signature on the left. Doing so makes it always available, and keeps others from having to hunt for it. And, turn on signature display too. ---- Many questions have been asked and answered. I also have done some general searching through the forum itself and have seen some similar responses, but none that have solved my issue up to this point. DistinKt_Three Posted September 5, 2021 Author Share Posted September 5, 2021 Thanks for the feedback @solver - Typically, Macbooks update Drivers as you update the system software, and my machine is also a 2020.
