Attached is a sketch of the existing ground floor foundation, which has an 8' ceiling and includes bedrooms, bathroom and an office, the main living is upstairs. I can't figure out how to achieve the attached cross section. Any help greatly appreciated - I've been pulling my hair out for hours.
