glennprechtl
I just upgraded to Home Designer Pro 2021 last month and I get frequent crashes anytime I attempt 3D views in Full Camera or Full Overview views. Any advice on how to resolve would be appreciated. I never had this problem with my last version. Thanks
DIG5050
Usually this is caused by a graphics driver. Have you installed or updated your graphics driver to the latest version?
glennprechtl
Dig, My driver is up to date, but I might not have memory/speed on my computer/graphics card: My card is an Intel UHD Graphics 630 Total Available Graphics Memory: 4157 MB Dedicated Video Memory: 128 MB What do you think? DIG5050
Unfortunately, your graphics chipset is a bit dated for Pro2021. The webpage Solver directed you to has references Intel Integrated graphics 8th generation or newer. Yours is 7th generation. As Solver states, I would contact Tech support to see if there is any kind of work around. Good Luck!

DIG5050
Are you using a desktop pc or laptop? You can probably upgrade a desktop pc with an nvidia chipset card; sometimes upgrade a laptop pc similarly as well.
