lyssekelley 0 Posted April 10, 2020 (edited) I'm trying to build a house that has multiple ceiling heights. Each ceiling height in 9' while one room has 22' ceilings with a 2nd story loft looking down into it. Whenever I connect the walls surrounding the two rooms, one of the walls disappears completely and the middle of the opposite wall disappears in 3D. When I switch to 2D, the wall is still there. Has anyone else run into this problem? I'm brand new to using the program. I'm using Home Designer Suite 2021 I've tried to attached the Plan file but it was too big. solver 644 Posted April 10, 2020 Answers often depend on which title (Suite, Pro etc) and version (2018, 2019 etc) you are using. You can help everyone by adding that info to your signature (see below for how to turn them on) by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click Account Settings, then Signature on the left. Doing so makes it always available, and keeps others from having to hunt for it. And, turn on signature display too. ---- Resources for self help: The built in Help System (always a good place to start) Getting Started Knowledge Base YouTube
solver 644 Posted April 10, 2020 Someone will need to look at your plan file to answer. Close the program and attach like you did for the image.
