DavidJPotter Posted January 23, 2019 Share Posted January 23, 2019 Each download has a version of it to download, some are ONLY for X10, and if downloaded will not install on an older version. It is a fact of computer technology. You may have simply downloaded the wrong catalog files that do not match your legacy version X6, it pays to make sure you select the correct version for your software. As mentioned above, the product you are asking about (X6) and service (SSA) apply to our Chief Architect products Premier and Interiors. There is a separate forum called Chief Talk for these products. Here is the link to this forum. https://chieftalk.chiefarchitect.com/ When you click the download button, you will get a menu of product versions. The catalog you choose to download will need to be listed as X6 as mentioned in the above post. Note that some catalogs that require SSA in order to download and some are free.
