Unable to open a case with Support.

My software is behaving erratically and I am trying to raise a ticket with HD Support but every time I try and send it it gets converted to a saved draft.  My version of the software doesn't appear on their list of options so I couldn't complete that field in the heading.  Does this mean that my version is no longer supported and that if anything does wrong with it it's just bad luck?
