Paint color displaying too dark

The colors shown in the library catalog do not look the same on the walls of the 3D model. The sample of "filtered sunlight" is on the walls of this foyer, but it appears much darker than the sample.  See the screen shot showing the sample and the model.

 

Is there a way to fix or adjust this. Thank you

I guess it could be a video card issue, but more likely it's just the lighting you have in the plan.

Lighting controls how bright a color will be and how close it'll match to what you see in the Library Browser.

I asked the same question of Tech Support recently, and their answer was the same as Kat.

 

Really frustrating trying to apply color as it becomes a guessing game as to which will look correct.
