thecindy Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 I'm using Home Designer Suite 2016 on a Mac and printed out my electrical plan in large scale yesterday. Used Print Preview to position my 'page' carefully over each section, so I could then tape them together. Today, I have a huge gray background and the white print-preview page won't go away. I've tried toggling it on and off in the File: Print: Print Preview. Tried restarting the program. Don't know what else to try. It's probably something really stupid and easy. Please help if you can! DavidJPotter Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 I recommend you contact Tech Support, Monday -Friday, Pacific Time Hours. Your problem is certainly unwanted but in twenty years of personal use, I cannot recall that happening to me. Tech Support is your best bet for a solution.
