bddemers Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 How do you have or make a house foundation or stand alone garage with a stem wall follow the terrain how I want. My lot is sloped and I want as little or no foundation showing. I built a Garage (1st floor) with brick walls and framing. It has a stem wall. The terrain is 3/4 of the way up the first floor wall in the back and slopes down toward the front on the sides. I need to raise the concrete wall up to just above grade on the back and sides and use the framing and brick the rest of the way. Yes, I want the building built into the hill.
