Problem painting rooms with room dividers

Hi, I am running HDS 2025 and have hit a problem when trying to paint rooms that contain a room divider. I have attached a simple plan where I used a room divider to have one side with an 8' ceiling and the other side with a 12' ceiling. When I paint the rooms I notice 2 problems. Firstly, a small strip where the room divider is always comes out as white and I cant find a way to stop this - not a big problem, maybe a software issue? More importantly though, I cannot find a way to paint the wall between the rooms where it drops from 12' to 8'. Does anyone know how to do this please? Maybe I should be using something other than a room divider....

Thanks

Using your plan opened in Pro 2025, I painted the strip -- or the 2 strips that were there.

The Room Divider gets converted by the program to an interior-4 wall.

In Pro, it paints without a problem.

I don't have Suite 2025 to test, but it should work the same.
