How do I create a wall break when I have one wall on top of another wall?

Im trying to create a wall break so I can change the exterior wall materials on a long wall, but the wall is a tall wall and it has a wall on top of the lower wall so Im only able to create a break in the lower wall.  any ideas on how to do this. the rendering I have attached is what I'm trying to accomplish from an exterior materials standpoint.  and the framing detail shows the extra wall on top of the lower wall.

Tip: Always say what product and year you are using -- Pro 2020, Suite 2025 etc.

 

The upper wall is an attic wall on the Attic (A) level.

 

I see several problems with the framing, but for the walls, they would typically be built with longer studs and not as shown. See the setting Balloon Through Ceiling Above (search Help for more info) if your product has it.
