Help get rid of random ceiling or soffit planes

Hello,

I've just about finished drawing this unconventional home that we will be remodeling.

 

Almost all of it is coming together just fine after much work.

 

However, when looking at the building from outside there appears to be some extra soffit and/or ceiling plans being generated along the outside of the building.  I have attached an image with red arrows indicating the problem.

 

I can't figure out why they are being generated or how to get rid of them.

 

I will also attach the entire plan if that might help.

Make sure that the roof touches the exterior wall in those locations
