BrettASterling Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 In 2022, I could use the 'Edit Area' functionality to copy an entire house project and paste into a new plan. I don't seem to be able to find this functionality in 2024 - was this removed? Am I misremembering? Note - I've always been using the 'Home Designer Suite' version of the software Thanks in advance. Solution BrettASterling Posted January 5 Author Solution Share Posted January 5 I was experimenting with 2022 (the last version I used) and I think it was me simply remembering that I could copy _A_ floor, but had never tried with multiple floors. Jo_Ann Posted January 6 Share Posted January 6 Yes, you can...but you can only copy/paste one floor at a time into a new plan. Copy floor 1 of original plan, (Edit Area), then (Paste/hold position on floor 1 of new plan). Build new 2nd floor, blank plan on the new plan.--then copy/paste/hold position--of 2nd floor on original plan, into blank 2nd floor of the NEW plan.
