LancasterLinda
I am drawing a deck for a client that has two levels. The lower level is even with the threshold of the door however the second level is one step higher. I cannot get the second deck to go higher. I don't need the terrain to change, just the height of the deck to change. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!! Rookie65
Set the floor level of the higher deck at a negative height above the floor of the main house, which should be "0". That will raise it up
LancasterLinda
Thank you for responding, Solver. I've played around with those elevations and it changes in the preview but not in the plan. Just had this thought - do I need to "reframe" the deck, then?? Linda
LancasterLinda
Dear Solver - that's what I was missing - reframing the deck after changing the absolute elevations!!! Thank you!! ;-) Linda
LancasterLinda
Dear Rookie65, I did not see your response until after reading Solver's. Sorry - didn't mean to ignore your suggestion. Thank you for your feedback! Linda
