"top" and "bottom" clipping of a cross section/elevation

Is there a way to clip the top and bottom off a cross section/elevation so I don't get all the floors of my drawing in my view?

 

I have always used wall elevation views to address this, but they don't show any building layers and sometimes I need to show those. I know how to back and side clip but I feel like there should be a way to show only the current floor when you use the 3D / Orthographic/ Cross-section Elevation tool. I've attached an image. I just want to show the basement in this drawing but have all three floors showing.

Send the view to a layout page where you can control how much of the elevation you wish to show.
