Hey all, as the title implies I have created these two dormers and connected them with interior walls but from reason I can't select just the dormer area because the walls don't fully connect. What am I doing wrong? TIA!

Ha if only I could, when I attempt to connect them (by dragging them together) I get the error above (Cannot build walls because existing walls are in the way.

I am in Home Designer Architectural, I'll add it to my sig.

Maybe this is what you are trying to do?

That's a great suggestion but unfortunately did not work. It creates a weird space that doesn't need to be there and isn't present in the front.

Here is the back.

So, do the same thing that you did up front.

The reason it didn't work for you in your video, is because you have to keep a small gap between the dormer wall, and the interior wall.
