ASDofIndiana 0 Posted February 22 I have a first story bump out at the rear of my plan that will have a cathedral ceiling to it. My second story has an area that is open to below and does not cover the first story bump out. I cannot get my second story exterior wall framing to sit atop the first story cathedral roof framing. The second story exterior wall framing always projects through the cathedral ceiling plane below. Rear gable wall issue.pdf
solver 628 Posted February 22 Please post images directly -- no need to make a PDF of an image. This makes it easier for others as an image shows in the forum. Answers often depend on which title (Suite, Pro etc) and version (2018, 2019 etc) you are using. You can help everyone by adding that info to your signature (see below for how to turn them on) by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click Account Settings, then Signature on the left. Doing so makes it always available, and keeps others from having to hunt for it. And, turn on signature display too. ---- Resources for self help: The built in Help System (always a good place to start) Getting Started Knowledge Base YouTube Home Designer - Getting Started - Setting Preferences and Defaults Watch on YouTube: http://youtu.be/s-TcAHsiMjg?hd=
ASDofIndiana 0 Posted February 22 Yes, thank you. I am using Home Designer Pro 2020. I am still a beginner with this program and do not know how to post an image directly, my apologies. Help would be greatly appreciated. As I use the program I am constantly referencing the on-line Content for Home Designer Pro and did not find anything relating to this specific topic. Please see my post above about completing your signature.
ASDofIndiana 0 Posted February 22 I think I've finally addressed everything. I have a first story bump out at the rear of my plan that will have a cathedral ceiling to it.
