MorganH 0 Posted April 30, 2020 I am using 2021 Pro. I am building a tiny home, and the back room has a gable that has a top ridge matching the rest of the house, but the pitch is steeper. The gable walls under the gables are not going all the way up into the gable. Why would that be? Also, part of the wall between the two gables is interior on both sides, but a little is exterior where the gables don't match. How do I handle that with the appropriate finishes in the appropriate areas. The system wants to put stucco on the vault of the interior like its exterior. solver 644 Posted April 30, 2020 I see you mentioned Pro 2021. You can help everyone by adding that info to your signature (see below for how to turn them on) by clicking on your user name at the top right of the page, click Account Settings, then Signature on the left. Doing so makes it always available, and keeps others from having to hunt for it. And, turn on signature display too. ---- Resources for self help: The built in Help System (always a good place to start) Getting Started Knowledge Base YouTube
MorganH 0 Posted April 30, 2020 Hey Eric. Corrections to signature made. Any other assistance you can offer would be appreciated. I tried searching help and you tube first, but my issue is too specific. Cant seem to find anything.
Rookie65 45 Posted April 30, 2020 Now would be a good time to search the reference manual under "roofs" and read about splitting surfaces under them. That's always a great place to start.
