Changing multiple objects at once

Good afternoon everyone!

 

I am working on a project and have placed all of my outlets, and now have realized that I put standard outlets rather than decorator outlets. Is there a way that I can change all of them to the different outlets at once, rather than deleting the old one, and placing a new one for the nearly 30 outlets?

 

As a branching question, I am able to restrictively select things, but it grabs switches and outlets as well as any recessed lighting, rather than just the outlets that I want. Is there a better way to do this that I am unaware of?

No easy way that I know.

 

Depending on the numbers of each, might be easier to select lights and switches, cut them, then select and change outlets, then paste/hold position to put the other back.
