Triton 0 Posted January 24, 2020 Hello DJP, Sorry about the lack of info I provided. I have furnace ducts that run along my ceiling The have been framed and drywalled. I want to include this in my drawing to provide as much detail as possible. Unfortunately im not having no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated. Thank you
Rookie65 40 Posted January 24, 2020 You should post questions in Q&A for future reference, as most people look there first. What I do when I run into these is just use the soffit tool and you can put the top right at the ceiling and make the width, height and depth be whatever you have on the site. What program are you using?
Triton 0 Posted January 24, 2020 Its my first time on this forum, thanks for the suggestion. Im using the Home Designer Architectual 2020. Thanks again
DavidJPotter 201 Posted January 25, 2020 Ceiling and wall vent grids can be found in your Library Browser, do a "Search" for the search term "Vents" DJP
JJinLondon 0 Posted January 13 Has no one mentioned using soffit tool in the cabinet menu? They attach to the ceiling and you can set the dimension.
