Austin86 Posted October 16, 2019 Share Posted October 16, 2019 I am trying to add a attached garage to my house. My grade is lower where the foundation for my garage will be built. I have home designer pro. When creating a plan, I build my walls for the house with a basement and then add the walls on for a garage with a slab with footings. Is there a way to lower the slab level to the house so i can submit for a permit showing actual plan. I will need the slab to be around 22" lower then floor in my house so I can illustrate that stairs and a landing will be built to get into the house from the garage. Thanks in advance for any advice.
