reg1hou
I have built a pool and am trying to add the raised spa in the backyard. I want to add a coping on top of the wall of the spa that overhangs on both sides, but I can't find a way to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions for a way to do this in Home Designer 2015 - Architectural?
Kbird1
some pics of the issue/situation would help ,what is the pool deck made of? you could try : a narrow Sidewalk (sidewalk tool) a Soffit with concrete / stone material ( cabinet soffit tool is handy for many workarounds) Slab .... if HDA has the Slab tool? Custom Countertop ....that maybe a Pro only Tool ?
DavidJPotter
Architectural does have a slab tool which can be used creatively to do what you want, a custom spa can also be constructed of soffits (cabinet tools) or of cabinets creatively sized and programmed to emulate lots of things. These objects can be made thick or think, wide or skinny and carry any material appearance. This is also true of terrain tools but these are limited to being somewhere within the boundary of a terrain plane. DJP
reg1hou
The custom countertop is available in the architectural version and it appears to give me exactly what I need. Thanks for all of the suggestions everyone.
