MattMurdoch Posted June 17, 2016 Share Posted June 17, 2016 I'm new to this program and am having difficulty with troubleshooting because tech support is in Australia and I'm in Washington DC so I can only get help after 7pm -- when I'm pooped and no longer working. I'm trying to build an exterior entrance to the basement level of a home that is essentially a below grade courtyard/loggia area, open above, with a slab floor level with the home's basement slab. I've been trying to build it on level 0 since the walls would be continuous with the basement walls but even though I've built the walls above grade it won't show up on the floorplan for level 1.
