cindyhowe
I recently bought a new laptop, and installed my 2008 version of Architectural Home Designer on it. The program works fine, but I can't download any of the bonus material to the program. How do I do it ? Or is my 2008 version no good anymore? Thanks in advance for any advice. Kbird1
if you still have AHD 9 ? on your old PC you can export the libraries and then import them on the new PC from a USB stick . If you have the old PC still then perhaps you have the Libraries still from when you downloaded them ?
DavidJPotter
Currently the Home Designer Website still supports legacy versions back to 2010, so your version is no longer supported from that venue. I suppose you are speaking of Library Browser content, if so I may be able to be of some help (I have old versions of Home Designer and Chief Premier going back many years. I make no promises but I will look and see if I can share some of my old library browser content with you. What exactly are you missing? DavidJPotter
I have checked my archives and I do have Manufacturer's libraries for that version. Please contact me privately and I will then help you. DJP
