Multi Floor Plan with Split Tri-Level

I am trying to frame my house and it has three floors/levels. The second level is split between the basement and the top floor. I will try to explain this as best as possible:I have a 1st and 3rd floor and from the 1st floor perspective the 2nd floor is elevated with a couple steps and from the 3rd floor the second floor is sunken with a couple steps and the 2nd floor (if you call it that) room hangs off the west side of the house. How would I create this floor so that it sits half way between my first and third floors?

Thanks for the help!

If I understand you correctly it is fairly easily done by changing the Floor Heights ©  in the Room Dialog Box (DBX) , of the 3 areas , all on Level One, these pics should help explain what I mean
