ertoppen
I just upgraded to Essentials 2016 this morning and created my blueprint. I downloaded the core library as well as some additional ones online. When I select pieces from the library, there is no preview. It is just blank down there. Also, when use the camera view, it is blank - everything is white. I had Suite 8, so I was excited for the upgraded materials, but its frustrating when I can't see anything!! I've attached my file if it helps... 2015 Garage Addition Plan.plan
Kbird1
I suspect a 3D view issue with your videocard with the new version , so I suggest upgrading your Videocard Drivers as the 1st thing to try as the 3D works fine for me. BTW you don't have your foundation built yet....but that maybe deliberate ....I built it in my image below.... there is this KB article too http://www.homedesignersoftware.com/support/article/KB-00897/ PS your garage roof is over your upper storey windows
DavidJPotter
I downloaded and opened your plan in Essentials 2016 with no problems. You should contact Tech Support to acquire specific help solving your unwanted performance. DJP
KirkClemons
Under 'Edit> Preferences> Render' set 'Hardware Edge Smoothing' to 'none' and see how that works. That's the most common cause for this on older video card drivers.
