Use a library wedge shape, correctly sized and placed, as a work-around.

Yes, you can...but you can only copy/paste one floor at a time into a new plan.

Copy floor 1 of original plan, (Edit Area),  then (Paste/hold position on floor 1 of new plan).
Build new 2nd floor, blank plan on the new plan.--then copy/paste/hold position--of 2nd floor on original plan, into blank 2nd floor of the NEW plan.
It just takes more steps to do, than copy/paste multiple floors in 1 step.

When you have the stairs correct  (no rail on the right side, closed stringer) then place it where it belongs.

The easiest way to add the curved shelf, is with a slab.  Size it the correct height and thickness to rise above the stair stringer, then arc it's shape around the stairs.
Finish it off with a custom countertop , curved around the slab, for the surface.

Curved slabs and curved countertops aren't as finicky as curved walls.

You need to re-read about WHERE I said to position the backsplash.

Adjust the thickness of the flared backsplash, then copy/paste it away from the walls.

Select, and butt it up against the side wall of the garage extension.

By looking at your pics, it's obvious your roof pitch is not correct.

And it doesn't seem that you are using HDA 14, either.

Easiest way?  
 Presuming you have used a deck railing for the wall (railing open,post to ceiling or beam).
Then choose a picture frame from the library,( one that allows you to change the 'picture' to a screen material - library>fabric>screen).
Place and size the frame between the posts.

Simple and easy to do with the custom backsplash.

Simple and easy to do. if you understand how the software works.

That means that you have homework to do.

There are lots of trees/shrubs in the library.

Using them will increase your file plan size.

If the program crashed while modeling this simple plan, then you should check your computer specs and graphic card specs to make sure they meet the requirements of the software, before purchasing the product.

I think you changed the line color for "fixtures" in the display options.

You haven't answered my last question, about the north side of the house.

And it's difficult to communicate with you, because you keep leaving the forum for days or a week.

This roof is complicated for HD Architectural.
Based on your floor plan, and dimensions/settings, I have gotten this result.

The roof settings, with the various pitches and types, and ceiling heights, are daunting.
After looking at the pics of the real house, I think that some of your settings are not accurate, and this can result in some crazy looking roof planes.

You did not post a pic of the real house on the north side, so I'm not sure what the roof eaves are supposed to look like on that north wall.

You may think you have posted enough info, but you haven't.
What is the 1st floor ceiling height, and what is the height of the 2nd floor knee wall?
What is the main roof pitch?

Posting a jpeg of the 1st floor plan, and the 2nd floor plan, would be helpful.

Your interior plan needs refining and some creativity.

Some food for thought.

For the garage roof,

Some trickery is needed.

It is confusing what the garage roof is supposed to look like.

A little more info is needed.

A jpg image of the floor plan would also be useful.

In the floor plan view, select the pdf and delete it or drag it out of the way.

The basement walls usually auto build when you draw floor 1.
