  1. Hi there Keith,

    I was wondering if you might share on view one of your hundreds of construction drawings for reference;

    I am an Architect in country New South Wales, Australia - and this is a request purely for my own interest sake;

    I thought I might get an insight into to how things work in the US construction format from you.

    Sorry for the intrusion into your day , but its plain to see why you have such a high status on the Forum.

    Cheers,

    Jeff Robinson Architect. (AKA Robborito)

    Snowy Mountains NSW Australia.

    PS If you'd like I can send one of my HDPro design documents similarly just to return the favour.

    I don't use HDPro on every project due to its rather clumsy and restrictive editing tools (imo).

    Thanks.

      Hi,

      I have attached a house plan that I recently completed. The existing house was unfinished, and the town wanted a finished "as-built" set.Conrad Res-fin plan- 1.21.25.pdf

      Keith, thanks for the drawings they are well drafted; Is these done in HDPro or Chief?

      Can you as a designer in the US specify structural member sizes, or are these taken by reference from an Engineers drawings set.?

      I have a design posted in the Hometalk Forum 'Gallery' by AKA Robborito - which is my username here on Hometalk. Take a look at it - done in HDPro. Also a draft Kitchen drawing from a construction set is attached.

      Very impressive work their Keith. Thanks again.

      Regards,

      Jeff. (AKA Robborito)
