Sill Plate not displaying (is it treated the same as the framing bottom plate?)

Home Designer 2024.  When displaying my wall framing, I see one bottom plate, but I don't see the sill plate on the CMU foundation wall.  When changing defaults for 2 bottom plates, I see two bottom plates on top of the CMU wall.  The pressure treated sill plate is missing.  Is the programing treating the wall framing bottom plate as the sill plate?  I want to be sure of vertical dimensions, and need to understand how this thing differentates between the two, or if it treats both as the same.  I've messed around with display options, and have not been successful.  Turning on and off Framing Sill Plates does notihing visual.  Thanks for your help.

The sill plate controls are found within the Foundation Wall Defaults. Here is one way you can access this. You might need to rebuild your framing after adjusting this. The wall framing controls in the wall types dialog are different.
