Default walls

I have one style of wall that I use constantly that is not a default wall type. Every time I open a new plan I have to recreate the wall. How do I save the wall to be a constant default wall option?

Create a master plan that you start all of your projects with. Put that wall type into it, and then it will always be available to you when you save the master. Then when you start a new plan, just "Save As' with the name of your choosing, and your master will stay.I also color code the wall framing of each type so it's easier to find each different wall type on a plan for your section details.

It's always helpful if you fill out your signature so people know what version and year program you are using. Not every feature is available in each version.
