Is there a way to display the OSB layer in orthographic view?

I dont see any toggle or setting in the Layer Display Options or in the 3D Framing Layer Set.

 

I want to view the framing and the OSB on top of it.

 

Is this possible?

You could use the 'remove surface' tool and expose the various layers.  It would need to be done from the standard 3D view (not framing 3D view)

I also noticed it automatically kept snapping to "Vector View" instead of "Standard View" in the active camera settings which didnt help when I was trying to figure it out.
