Create ICF Ledge Type at top of ICF wall

I'm new to HDP 2025 and come from a Sketchup (Make 2017, free) and DoubleCAD XT background.  With the free Desktop version of Sketchup no longer supported and outdated, I decided to tyout other different architectural programs.  I Love HDP so far, videos are great!  I'm designing an ICF home with walk out basement and upper SIP walls.  The foundation is also ICF.  From watching the training videos and Youtube I leared to use pony walls at the base of the first floor to specify "interior" ICF walls w/ drywall and "foundation" ICF walls with just the ICF wall...no drywall...works great.

My question is I'm using 8" Ledge ICF forms at the top of my basement walls (Level 1) to support the upper floor's joist (Level 2).  My plan was to just create the ledge portion of the ICF form like a molding and extend it along the top of the existing ICF wall.  I've tried using CAD tools to draw a polyline object but find it severly limited compared to sketchup or DoubleCAD XT.  I can only edit in 2D and cannot rotate it in 3D (Doll House view) afterwards.    Any advice, tips or tricks would be appreciated, thank you.

Maybe try to find a molding and install in this basement room as crown?

OR use the SHAPE objects from Library

OR if you need a super accurate model you may need Chief Architect.

Not sure as where I live, we just have monolithic slabs on grade
