dantappin Posted September 30 Share Posted September 30 Hello all - new to HomeDesign - currently running 2025 Arch on the Mac. I am having trouble understanding the roof features. Attached is my plan and 3D view. That 45 angle jut out is an overhang. I want the gable on the south wall to be continuous with the rest of the roof and the west gable to be a small dormer / tied tie into the main roof. dantappin Posted September 30 Author Share Posted September 30 Perfect! - this seems somewhat obvious now that you explained the invisible wall concept - I have another roof issue that I am sure I can fix this way. I might extend the overhang on the west side to avoid that 'just out'. I can't seem to hide / delete the framing under the hidden rooms - this is the second level as level one is the 'basement' / walkout. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
